M365Suite privacy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

Summary

M365Suite provides SharePoint Online navigation backup, recovery, and change-control services. We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, billing, support, and optional public-page analytics.

Service information

When you use the M365Suite service, we may process account and contact details, organization and tenant identifiers, authentication and authorization records, service configuration, backup and audit data, support communications, security logs, and information you choose to provide. This service information is separate from optional public-page analytics.

Public-page analytics and cookies

Our public pages may use Microsoft Clarity for optional analytics and session measurement. Clarity is disabled until you choose to allow analytics through the one-time Privacy Choices prompt. Clarity is not used to track your logged-in portal experience under this public-page analytics program. Your decision is shared across M365Suite public subdomains and remains until you clear this site's browser data.

Strictly necessary technologies may still be used to deliver pages, maintain security, remember required preferences, and provide requested functionality.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure M365Suite, authenticate users, process backups and restores, detect operational changes, provide support, communicate about the service, process payments, improve public pages when optional analytics is allowed, comply with law, and protect our rights.

Service providers and sharing

We may disclose information to vendors that process it on our instructions, such as Microsoft/Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Clarity when analytics is allowed, payment providers, email providers, monitoring providers, and professional advisers. These disclosures are for operating, securing, and supporting M365Suite; they are not sales of personal information.

International processing and retention

Our providers may process information in countries outside your home country. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law. We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records, then delete or de-identify it according to our retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You may decline or withdraw optional public-page analytics through Privacy Choices. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your information, and to appeal a privacy decision. California visitors may use Global Privacy Control where applicable. Contact us to exercise rights or ask questions.

Children

M365Suite is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
